Product Component:
The vacuum juice concentrator includes a vacuum concentration tank, vapor-liquid separator, condenser, liquid receiver, and vacuum system. The components that come into touch with the liquid are composed of premium 304 stainless steel, which satisfies GMP mechanical requirements.

- Concentration process, specifically after the raw tomato paste has been refined and is ready to be concentrated to a thicker consistency.

- Breaks down whole tomatoes into pulp or juice, separating most of the juice from the solid matter.
- Feeds raw pulp directly into the refining system, preparing it for further solid-liquid separation.

- Preheated pulp flows into the Peeling and Refining Machine, optimizing the removal of skins and seeds through thermal softening.
