Product Introduction:
Palm oil threshing is the second stage of palm oil processing. The palm fruit threshing drum in the mill separates the sterilized FFB produced by the sterilizer, significantly improving processing efficiency and reducing labor requirements.
The Role of Thresher Drum in Palm Oil Processing:
After sterilization, the palm fruit is transferred to the threshing drum. The strong vibration or centrifugal rotation of the threshing machine separates the palm fruit from the palm bunches. The separated fruit moves on to the next processing stage—palm oil pressing—while the empty fruit bunches are collected and transported to a designated area for further processing.
